Appearance. Color is a deep straw to light gold (4-6 SRM). The beer is opaque with a substantial, uniform haze that creates a vibrant shine. It is topped with a thick, rocky, meringue-like white head featuring high retention and dense lacing.
Aroma. High intensity of tropical fruit, dominated by fresh pineapple and creamy coconut. Hop character is punchy, featuring passionfruit from Strata and citrus and peach from Galaxy. The fermentation profile is notably fruity with a slight earthy funk from the Kveik yeast, backed by a low, grainy-sweet malt presence.
Taste. Initial impression is a burst of sweet pineapple and toasted coconut. The flavor is very high in fruity hop character, showcasing passionfruit and stone fruit.
