Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of tangerine, papaya, and tropical stone fruit. Low, clean, grainy maltiness provides a subtle base. Fermentation is clean with very low esters and no diacetyl.
Taste. Initial impression is decidedly hop-forward and citrusy. Strong hop flavors of tangerine and papaya transition into broader stone fruit notes. Low, grainy-sweet malt presence supports the hops. Medium-high bitterness is firm but clean. The finish is medium-dry and crisp with a lingering hoppy and bitter aftertaste.
