This American Stout is a decadent sensory experience defined by its rich dessert-like profile. Dominated by a powerful chocolate biscuit character, the beer utilizes Biscuit malt and chocolate wheat to create a deeply toasted, cake-like foundation. Infusions of dark chocolate, vanilla, and African cocoa nibs amplify the cocoa intensity, while Belgian caramel sugar provides a luxurious, sweet depth. A unique addition of sea salt cuts through the richness, heightening the flavors and leading into a long, lingering finish.
