Akciový pivovar LIBERTAS

This American Lager is elevated by traditional Czech craft, featuring a golden hue and a persistent, compact head. The aroma is defined by the herbal and floral elegance of Žatecký poloraný červeňák hops, supported by the clean, grainy-sweet foundation of floor-malted Ferdinand Pilsner malt and Goldswaen Red. On the palate, a triple decoction process provides a subtle bready depth, yet the profile remains light and crisp. Premiant hops contribute a smooth, balanced bitterness that guides the experience toward a refreshing, dry finish. It is a highly-carbonated, well-attenuated lager that balances sophisticated ingredient character with ultimate sessionability.

Appearance. Golden (6 SRM) with a brilliant clarity despite being unfiltered. Crowned by a compact, white, long-lasting foam head with fine lacing.

Aroma. Moderate intensity with a clean fermentation profile. Grainy-sweet malt notes from the Ferdinand malt are complemented by a distinctively spicy and floral hop character from the Žatecký poloraný červeňák.

Taste. Initial malt impression is light and grainy-sweet with a subtle bready complexity from the decoction. Hop flavor is moderately-low, showing herbal and spicy qualities. The Premiant hops provide a balanced, low to medium-low bitterness. The finish is crisp and dry with a short, clean aftertaste.
