This American Pale Ale delivers a classic hop-forward experience centered on a vibrant trio of Cascade, Citra, and Centennial hops. The sensory profile opens with an intense citrus and floral bouquet, elevated by cold-side dry hopping that highlights grapefruit and lime zest. A sturdy malt foundation features traditional Plzeňský malt for a crisp, grainy base, while the inclusion of Goldswaen Red malt provides a distinctive caramel depth and a balanced, off-dry sweetness. On the palate, a firm citrusy bitterness provides a refreshing counterpoint to the malt, finishing clean and bright. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, it retains a fresh, resinous hop character throughout.

Appearance. Deep gold to light copper (SRM 8-10); moderately large, off-white head with excellent retention and lacing; slight haze due to being unfiltered.

Aroma. Moderately high intensity with dominant citrus notes of grapefruit and orange zest, accompanied by floral and piney resin. Low to moderate supportive maltiness featuring light caramel and toasted bread scents; very low neutral yeast esters.

Taste. Initial impression of bright citrus and floral hop flavors following the aroma. A moderate malt backbone provides flavors of cracked grain and light caramel from the Goldswaen Red malt. Bitterness is firm and pleasant but not aggressive, balancing the sweetness. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering, clean citrus aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light to medium body with a smooth, slightly creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate to high, providing a refreshing prickle on the tongue. Alcohol warmth is very low and well-integrated.
