The sensory experience is defined by the classic dry hop combination of Citra and Mosaic, which projects a bright array of tropical fruit, blueberry, and zesty grapefruit. Beneath this hop-forward presentation lies a clean, neutral malt backbone of pale grains that provides essential balance without overshadowing the lupulin character. A moderate bitterness ensures a crisp, refreshing finish, encouraging another sip. Its overall profile is approachable yet aromatic, capturing the quintessential spirit of a modern, hop-centric pale ale with a focus on brightness and a clean fermentation profile.
Appearance. Pours a pale golden color (approx. 6 SRM) with a moderately large, frothy white head that exhibits good retention and light lacing. Clarity is brilliant.
