This celebratory Double IPA pours with a vibrant, hazy radiance, releasing an intense bouquet driven by a sophisticated four-hop blend. Simcoe provides a foundational layer of resinous pine and earthy citrus, while Mosaic introduces deep notes of ripe blueberries and tropical stone fruit. Motueka adds a bright, zesty splash of crushed lime, which harmonizes perfectly with the distinctive white wine and gooseberry character of Nelson Sauvin. The palate is saturated with hop oils, offering a firm bitterness balanced by a soft malt backbone. It finishes clean and impressively dry, leaving a lingering impression of tropical fruit and cool spruce.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (7-10 SRM). Opaque and hazy with a large, persistent, creamy white head that leaves significant lacing.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma characterized by tropical fruit, crushed lime zest, and white grape. Mosaic contributes a hint of dark berry, while Nelson Sauvin and Motueka provide a vinous, citrusy punch. A neutral, grainy malt character supports the hops with very low ester levels.

Taste. High hop flavor follows the aroma with notes of lime, gooseberry, and tropical melon. The initial impression is juicy and fruit-forward, transitioning into a moderately high bitterness that is firm but lacks harshness. Malt flavor is low and clean. The finish is dry to medium-dry with a lingering, resinous, and fruity aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium to medium-full body with a smooth, velvety texture. Carbonation is moderate. A noticeable but well-integrated alcohol warmth provides a clean, comforting finish without any hop-derived astringency.
