Against The Tide brews bold craft beers, pushing the imagination and defying the the current status quo.
Drawing experience from the American and North European markets, we brew mainly Ales, from a Milk Stout with Carob and an Oatmeal Stout with cinnamon infusion to pale and black IPAs infused with tea herbs, to the bigger styles like Barley Wine, Russian Imperial Stout and Scotch Ale.We also brew Ciders and diverse brewers Mead (carbonated).
We are a small batch Nano Brewery focused on producing various beer styles, with high rotation, aiming to provide an amazing beer experience, setting us apart from the normal trends.
Drinking our beer should be an experience for a discovery of new beer flavors, not just a gesture done out of habit to drink one more "mini".
Our beers are made with far more cereal than your average supermarket beer and a careful selection of hops and yeasts and we brew them with a distinct Sintra water signature.
