This Double IPA is an intensive sensory experience driven by the saturated presence of Nelson Sauvin and El Dorado hops. The high 10% alcohol provides a firm foundation for the oily hop resins, creating a fat and coating mouthfeel. Despite the strength, it maintains the classic Double IPA profile with a lean malt backbone and a dry, lingering finish that highlights complex tropical and stone fruit notes against a clean, assertive bitterness.
