Appearance. Ranging from medium gold to light amber (approx 7 SRM) with a medium-sized, persistent white head and good lacing; clarity is clear to slightly hazy.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of grapefruit, citrus zest, and resinous pine, enhanced by the distinct pithy fragrance of pomelo. Malt is low and clean with a neutral fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial impression is hop-dominant with flavors of pomelo peel, orange, and light floral notes. Malt flavor is low-medium and grainy, providing a clean foundation. Bitterness is medium-high to high, leading to a dry, crisp finish with a lingering hoppy aftertaste.
