This vibrant Cider with Other Fruit presents a complex, vinous character driven by a base of Danish Rød Aroma apples. The maceration with whole black- and blueberries imparts a deep jewel-toned hue and a sophisticated dark fruit profile. Expect a bright, clean acidity that highlights the floral essence of the Rød Aroma apples, while the berries contribute layers of earthy skin tannins and juicy forest fruit. Appearance. Deep ruby to garnet color with brilliant clarity; carbonation is effervescent, producing a light pinkish foam that dissipates quickly, leaving a fine ring of bubbles.
