Absolute Zero is a deceptively smooth Double IPA that belies its potent strength with a remarkably crisp, lager-like character. The crystal clear, golden pour yields an intense aromatic profile driven by Double Dry Hopping with Citra and Mosaic. Expect forward notes of zesty grapefruit and freshly crushed pine needles, nuanced by a delicate thread of raspberry. Despite the high alcohol content, the palate remains lean and approachable. A well-integrated bitterness balances the initial fruit-forward punch, while a smooth, warming sensation from the massive gravity emerges as the beer breathes, leading to a clean, structured finish that maintains high drinkability.

Appearance. SRM 6-7, golden color with brilliant, crystal clear clarity. Displays a moderate-sized, persistent white head with fine-textured lacing.
