WAH WAH is a vibrant American IPA that celebrates a modern, juice-forward hop profile. The sensory experience is led by the intense tropical and berry notes of Mosaic and the signature resinous, citrus depth of Simcoe. These primary drivers are elegantly supported by the distinctive white grape character of Nelson Sauvin and the zesty lime brightness of Wakatu. The beer maintains a lean malt profile that allows the complex hop oils to dominate without being cloying. It strikes a balance between New World fruitiness and classic piney bitterness, culminating in a crisp, dry finish that invites another sip.

Appearance. Medium gold with a slight, modern haze. Features a medium-sized, persistent white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring blueberry, passionfruit, and crushed pine. Subtle notes of gooseberry and lime zest are present. Low, clean, grainy-sweet malt provides a neutral foundation. Fermentation profile is exceptionally clean.

Taste. Strong hop flavors of mango, grapefruit, and resinous pine. Low grainy maltiness with a hint of cracker. Medium-high bitterness that is firm but clean, never harsh. The finish is dry to medium-dry with a lingering hoppy aftertaste of citrus peel and tropical fruit.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, soft texture. Carbonation is medium-high, contributing to a lively mouthfeel. Very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
