This collaboration between ABYSS and Gravity Well presents a potent 7% American IPA that leans into modern hop intensity. The profile is defined by a bold surge of tropical fruit and citrus, evoking notes of crushed pineapple and grapefruit zest. Supported by a clean, lean malt backbone, the hop character remains the primary focus from the initial aromatic burst through to the crisp finish. At 7% ABV, it provides a well-integrated warmth that enhances the sensory experience without overshadowing the nuanced resinous and floral layers expected of the style.
Appearance. Medium gold (8 SRM) with a slight, modern haze. Features a medium-sized, persistent white head with decorative lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma with prominent notes of tropical mango, grapefruit, and resinous pine. Low, clean, grainy maltiness supports the hop-forward profile.
