An immediate rush of fresh, floral raspberries merges seamlessly with the tropical, resinous weight of ripe mango and subtle stone fruit undertones. The kettle-souring process provides a clean, lactic brightness that lifts the fruit without overwhelming the palate. Despite its fermented dryness, the beer maintains a juicy, succulent character that reflects its focused sensory intent. Appearance. Hazy, deep coral to reddish-orange hue with a frothy, pink-tinted head that shows moderate retention and light lacing.
