Make Time is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases a sophisticated hop blend of Mosaic, Simcoe, and Sabro. The sensory experience is led by an intense burst of tropical fruit and ripe berries from the Mosaic, complemented by the distinctive creamy coconut and stone fruit notes of Sabro. Simcoe provides a grounded layer of passionfruit and a hint of bright pine. It pours with a signature opaque haze and a thick, meringue-like head. The palate is exceptionally soft and juicy, balancing high fruit esters with a restrained bitterness, finishing with a clean, bready malt sweetness that invites another sip.

Appearance. Straw to light orange-gold (4-6 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze that creates a luminous shine. Supports a dense, rocky, white meringue-like head with excellent retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics dominated by tropical fruit, specifically mango, passionfruit, and a unique creamy coconut note. Mosaic provides berry-like highlights while Simcoe adds a light citrus and pine backing. Low, bready, neutral malt character sits in the background without any toast or caramel.

Taste. High fruit-forward flavor profile featuring pineapple, stone fruit, and citrus. The Sabro hops introduce a signature coconut and cream character that integrates with the soft yeast esters. Bitterness is low-to-medium and well-integrated, never sharp or harsh. The finish is off-dry with a lingering tropical aftertaste and a clean, grainy malt base.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, silky, and pillowy texture. Carbonation is moderate. Alcohol warmth is light and well-integrated, contributing to a smooth, non-astringent mouthfeel that lacks any raw starch texture.
