Frizbee is a vibrant American Pale Ale that showcases the lively synergy between New Zealand and US hops. At a sessionable 4% ABV, it delivers a refreshing sensory experience led by a bright, tropical hop punch. Expect a bouquet of lime zest, passionfruit, and crushed pine needles leaping from the glass, supported by a lean, bready malt backbone. The palate is crisp and clean, offering a snappy bitterness that balances delicate fruit esters. This light-bodied ale finishes dry with a lingering citrus sparkle, making it a highly drinkable, modern interpretation of the style with distinct international hop flair.

Appearance. Pale golden (6 SRM); moderately large white head with good retention and light lacing; clear to very slight haze.

Aroma. Moderately high hop intensity featuring tropical fruit, passionfruit, and lime zest from the New Zealand and US hops; low grainy-sweet malt character; neutral fermentation profile with very low pear-like esters.

Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward and crisp; flavors of citrus peel and melon dominate over a light, cracker-like malt base. Moderate hop bitterness provides a clean balance. Finish is dry and clean with a lingering, pleasant citrus aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body; moderate to high carbonation; very smooth with no alcohol warmth or astringency.
