Equinox transitions from winter's depth to spring's brightness, presenting a modern take on the Ordinary Bitter. This celestial brew offers a crisp canvas for the freshest Simcoe and Mosaic hops, which deliver vibrant notes of grapefruit, pine, and soft tropical fruit against a classic bready malt backbone. While the 5.5% ABV provides more structure than typical session examples, the balance remains decidedly bitter. Toasted biscuit notes from the grain bill mingle with moderately high fruity esters, leading into a dry, lingering finish. It is an easy-drinking ale that honors British heritage while embracing the punchy resin of contemporary American hop varieties.

Appearance. Pale amber color with brilliant clarity. Pours with a moderate, off-white head that shows decent retention and light lacing.

Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring bready and lightly toasty malt complexity. The hop character is elevated, showing resinous pine and tropical fruit notes from the specific hop additions. Moderate fruity esters are present, though diacetyl is absent.
