Disruption provides a contemporary sensory experience within the framework of a classic English IPA. This 5.9% ale features a pale amber hue and a firm, bready malt foundation. The hop profile is distinctly modernized through the use of Citra, Simcoe, and Sabro, which deliver an aromatic blend of bright orange, earthy pine, and a whisper of creamy tropical fruit. These hop-derived notes are balanced by the characteristic biscuity malt and moderate fruity esters of a traditional British yeast strain. The palate is defined by an assertive bitterness and a medium-dry finish, ensuring the beer remains highly drinkable while celebrating its bold hop character.

Appearance. Deep golden to pale amber in color with a clear, brilliant clarity and a moderate-sized, persistent off-white head that leaves consistent lacing.

Aroma. Moderate to moderately-high hop intensity featuring notes of orange citrus, resinous pine, and a hint of tropical fruit. Beneath the hops, a medium-low bready and toasted biscuit malt character is evident, complemented by low fruity esters.

Taste. An assertive hop bitterness is immediately present, supported by hop flavors of grapefruit zest and earthy pine. The malt profile is medium-low, offering a bready and slightly toasty foundation. Medium-low fruity esters lead into a medium-dry, crisp finish where the bitterness lingers cleanly without being harsh.

Mouthfeel. Medium-bodied with a smooth texture and moderate to medium-high carbonation that enhances the dry sensation on the palate. A very subtle, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present.
