This Double IPA delivers an intense sensory experience driven by a potent blend of Citra, Mosaic, and Riwaka hops. The aroma is a vibrant rush of tropical passionfruit and bright citrus, supported by a clean, neutral malt base that allows the hop character to dominate. On the palate, layers of grapefruit, dank pine, and juicy stone fruit unfold. A firm but smooth bitterness balances a subtle honey-like maltiness, leading to a crisp, dry finish. At 8.4% ABV, the beer offers a well-integrated, gentle warmth that enhances the medium-bodied mouthfeel without overshadowing the intricate and expressive hop profile.

Appearance. Gold to light orange-copper (7-9 SRM) with good clarity and a moderate-sized, persistent white head that leaves intricate lacing on the glass.
