Big Energy is a vibrant Hazy IPA that captures an intense hop profile driven by the combination of Krush and Nelson Sauvin hops. The Krush variety delivers a saturated tropical base of ripe mango and stone fruit, while the Nelson Sauvin provides a signature zesty edge of white grape, gooseberry, and crushed passionfruit. This pulpy character is supported by a soft, bready malt backbone and a lush, opaque gold appearance. The fermentation profile remains clean, allowing the hop-derived citrus and tropical notes to dominate. It finishes with a smooth, restrained bitterness and a lingering, juicy fruit essence characteristic of the style.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold (4-6 SRM). Opaque with a persistent, rocky white head that leaves dense lacing and exhibits high retention.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring tropical mango, guava, and citrus zest from Krush, paired with white wine and gooseberry notes from Nelson Sauvin. A clean, bready, and grainy malt character sits in the background.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with waves of tropical fruit and zesty citrus. Malt flavor is low to medium, providing a neutral bready foundation. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as low due to the fuller body. Finishes off-dry and smooth with a lingering riot of tropical fruit flavors.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, silky texture. Moderate carbonation and a light, well-integrated alcohol warmth from the 7% ABV. No harshness or astringency.
