Abysmo Apolo
Abysmo Apolo is a commanding American Stout that pours a deep, midnight black, living up to its namesake as a brew of power and knowledge. The sensory profile is dominated by an intense orchestration of roasted barley, yielding clear and evocative notes of dark chocolate and freshly pulled espresso. At 7.2% ABV, the beer presents a noticeable but smoothly integrated warmth that supports a robust, medium-full body. Appearance. Jet black and opaque (SRM 40+). It features a large, persistent light-tan head with excellent retention and thick lacing.
