Abita Fall Fest is a balanced Märzen that captures the essence of autumn with a rich, bready core. The interplay of Munich and caramel malts provides a deep, toasty foundation, offering notes of toasted bread crust and a subtle, honeyed sweetness. This malty depth is elegantly countered by the refined bitterness of German Perle and Hallertau hops, which impart a delicate floral and spicy herbal nuance. Poured a brilliant amber, it maintains a clean fermentation profile characteristic of a traditional lager. Appearance. Brilliant clarity with a bright amber-orange to deep copper hue. Topped by a persistent, fine-textured, off-white head that leaves light lacing.
