Abirradero IPAral·lel
This West Coast style Double IPA delivers an intense sensory experience driven by a massive dry-hop profile. Leading with Mosaic and Equinox, it offers pungent tropical notes of mango and papaya, while Centennial provides a foundational layer of resinous pine and floral citrus. Motueka adds a distinct, zesty lime brightness that cuts through the 8% ABV strength. The malt profile is intentionally lean and neutral, serving as a clean stage for the hop complexity. It finishes remarkably dry with a firm, lingering bitterness that invites another sip, embodying the classic high-drinkability characteristic of the style.
Appearance. Deep gold to light copper (8-10 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a moderate-sized, persistent off-white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring a complex blend of tropical fruit, lime zest, and grapefruit, underpinned by forest pine. Low, neutral, grainy-sweet malt character in the background with a clean, slightly fruity fermentation profile and a hint of smooth alcohol.
Taste. Initial impression is an explosion of hop flavor—citrus, pine, and tropical fruits. Bitterness is high but clean and devoid of harshness. Supportive, light-gold malt character provides a soft, unobtrusive base. Finishes very dry and crisp with a long-lingering, resinous hop aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly oily texture from the heavy hopping. Carbonation is moderate-high, providing a lively scrub. A restrained, smooth alcohol warmth is present without being solventy.
