This deeply crimson pour delivers an intense sensory experience, where sharp lactic acidity meets the rich, dark fruit complexity of premium cherries. The aroma is a bright collision of tart stone fruit and sourdough bread, leading to a palate defined by succulent cherry pulp and a crisp, clean sourness. Despite its 7% ABV, it maintains a refreshing effervescence, finishing bone-dry with a lingering, tannic fruit skin character that emphasizes the purity of the harvest and the depth of the fruit infusion.

Appearance. Saturated deep red to crimson color. Features a fine-beaded, pink-tinted head with moderate to low retention. Clarity is slightly hazy owing to the significant fruit addition and wheat protein.

Aroma. High intensity aroma dominated by sharp, juicy Frederiksdal sour cherries and a clean lactic acidity. Underlying notes of raw bread dough and sourdough from the wheat malt are present, with a light floral ester profile and zero hop presence.
