This flagship Hazy IPA pours with a characteristic glowing opacity, delivering an immediate punch of exotic fruit. The heavy usage of Citra and Mosaic hops manifests as a saturated profile of ripe mango, passionfruit, and bright citrus zest. A soft, bready malt backbone provides a cushioned platform for the hop oils without introducing caramel or toast. The bitterness is purposefully restrained, allowing a juicy, fruit-forward expression to dominate the palate. Balanced and approachable at 5.5% ABV, it concludes with a clean, off-dry finish and a lingering impression of tropical nectar, making it a highly drinkable modern classic.

Appearance. Straw to light gold with a dense, opaque haze that creates a luminous glow. Topped by a thick, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and delicate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring prominent notes of mango, guava, and grapefruit pith driven by Citra and Mosaic. Background notes of sweet crackers and lightly bready malt are present, supported by subtle fruity yeast esters.

Taste. An explosion of tropical fruit and citrus oil mirrors the aroma. The malt flavor is low but supportive, reminiscent of fresh grain. Perceived bitterness is low to moderate, lacking any harsh edges. The mid-palate is juicy and soft, leading into a smooth finish with a faint, clean hop resonance.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, almost velvety texture. Carbonation is moderate, providing enough lift to keep the palate refreshed. No astringency or alcohol heat is present.
