A Guardesa is an elegant Belgian Pale Ale that captures the soul of Antwerp’s brewing tradition. A foundation of specialty Belgian malts delivers a rich tapestry of biscuity, toasty, and light honey notes. The aroma is defined by moderate yeast-driven fruitiness, reminiscent of ripe pear and orange, complemented by a subtle, spicy floral hop presence. On the palate, a smooth, bready malt core is balanced by a gentle bitterness and a clean, dry finish. This expression offers a sophisticated yet approachable profile, harmonizing soft malt complexity with classic European yeast character and a slightly elevated presence.
