A Guardesa is an elegant Belgian Pale Ale that captures the soul of Antwerp’s brewing tradition. The aroma is defined by moderate yeast-driven fruitiness, reminiscent of ripe pear and orange, complemented by a subtle, spicy floral hop presence. Appearance. Amber to deep copper in color with very good clarity. It features a creamy, rocky, white head with excellent retention.

Taste. Initial soft, bready malt flavors with biscuity and toasty notes. Moderate fruitiness of pear and apple transitions into a medium-low spicy hop bitterness. The finish is balanced and dry, with a lingering toasty malt aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth palate. Carbonation is medium-high, and the 6% ABV provides a very light, well-integrated warming character.
