Chilltown Crusher is a refined German Pils that balances traditional structure with contemporary hop aromatics. The foundational blend of Pilsner and Vienna malts provides a crisp, crackery base with a subtle toasted depth. Huell Melon hops introduce a distinctive fruit-forward layer, offering nuanced notes of honeydew and ripe strawberry against a pristine fermentation backdrop. It pours a brilliant deep gold with a persistent, creamy white head. On the palate, a firm bitterness cuts through light doughy sweetness, leading to a bone-dry, minerally finish. This lager remains exceptionally drinkable, blending classic European crispness with a soft, fruit-tinged hop character for a vibrant sensory experience.

Appearance. Deep yellow to gold (4 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Features a thick, creamy, long-lasting white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. Moderate intensity with a clean fermentation profile. Grainy-sweet and lightly toasted malt notes from the Pilsner and Vienna base are complemented by a unique hop character of honeydew melon, soft apricot, and a hint of strawberry.
