Nous mettons un point d’honneur à mettre en avant notre belle région avec nos bières vieillies en fûts de grands vins de bourgogne, brassées avec des ingrédients et des fruits locaux.
Toutes nos bières sont brassées par nos soins dans nos locaux à Ahuy au nord de Dijon. Elles sont conditionnées en canettes, qui contrairement aux idées reçues garantissent une meilleure conservation des saveurs que la bouteille. Les bières prévues pour être vieillies sont elles conditionnées en bouteille, pour une meilleure évolution des arômes lors d’un vieillissement en cave. Toutes nos bières sont stockées en chambre froide pour une conservation optimale des arômes (c’est essentiel pour les bières houblonnées). Si vous pouvez, stockez-les au froid pour garder toute l’intensité des arômes et évitez les étagères exposées au soleil et aux variations de températures.
