This Imperial Cold IPA presents an intense sensory experience, defined by an ultra-clean fermentation profile that allows its vibrant hop character to dominate. A complex blend of Nectaron, Simcoe, Citra, and Cryo Mosaic hops produces a powerful aromatic burst of passion fruit, grapefruit, and resinous pine. The use of lager-like fermentation temperatures ensures a lean, neutral malt canvas, highlighting the sharp citrus and tropical stone fruit notes. It finishes exceptionally crisp and bone-dry, with a firm bitterness that cleanses the palate. This potent ale balances high-strength alcohol warmth with a modern, hop-saturated profile, delivering a layered and refreshing West Coast-inspired impact.

Appearance. Pale gold to light amber (6–8 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a large, persistent white head that leaves intricate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring passion fruit, peach, and mango from Nectaron, combined with grapefruit zest and resinous pine from Simcoe and Citra. Cryo Mosaic provides concentrated notes of blueberry and tropical fruit. Malt is very low and neutral, offering only a faint crackery sweetness.

Taste. Leading with an explosion of citrus, tropical fruit, and dank resin. A firm, medium-high bitterness is supported by a minimal, grainy malt backbone. The fermentation is extremely clean, lacking any yeast-derived esters. It features a bone-dry, crisp finish with a long-lingering, clean hop bitterness and hints of lime peel.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with high carbonation, contributing to a sharp, refreshing crispness. A smooth, noticeable alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated, without any harshness or astringency.
