This Siete Barrios Weissbier captures the essence of a classic Bavarian summer with its traditional Hefeweizen profile. At a sessionable 4.8% ABV, it presents a deep gold hue and a voluminous white head. The sensory journey is dominated by a harmonious balance of fruity banana esters and spicy clove phenols, supported by a bready backbone of malted wheat and Pilsner malt. Highly carbonated and effervescent, it offers a creamy, medium-bodied fullness that finishes clean and refreshing.
