71 Brewing’s Haze Halo is a vibrant Hazy IPA that captures the essence of a modern thirst-quencher. Pouring extra pale with a radiant, opaque glow, it immediately releases an intense bouquet of tropical fruit aromas. The sensory profile is defined by a massive hop-forward presence, delivering lush layers of mango, pineapple, and stone fruit without any harshness. Its soft, rich mouthfeel is exceptionally smooth, underpinned by a subtle, bready malt foundation. This beer balances its fruity intensity with a restrained, integrated bitterness, leading into a refreshing, off-dry finish that invites the next sip while maintaining a clean, approachable character.

Appearance. Straw to very pale gold (3-4 SRM). Radiantly hazy and opaque with a luminous shine. Supports a medium, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and delicate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by tropical fruit notes of mango, pineapple, and passion fruit. A light, bready, and grainy malt character provides a subtle background. Clean fermentation profile with no herbal or grassy notes.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the tropical aroma. Low to medium-low bready malt flavor. Bitterness is low to medium-low and exceptionally smooth, never sharp. The balance is firmly hop-forward with an off-dry finish and a lingering fruity aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, silky texture. Moderate carbonation. Smooth and devoid of any harshness, astringency, or alcohol warmth.
