This Witbier offers a bright, refreshing experience defined by its traditional Belgian wheat base. The appearance is characterized by a milky, straw-hued cloudiness under a dense white head. On the nose, the use of fresh orange peel provides a vibrant, zesty citrus punch, harmonizing with the herbal, peppery notes of coriander seed. A soft bready maltiness underpins the aromatics with hints of honey and vanilla. Appearance. Pale straw to light yellow (2-4 SRM). Very cloudy from starch haze and yeast, creating a characteristic milky, whitish-yellow glow. Dense, white, moussy head with very good retention.

Aroma. Moderate intensity with zesty, citrusy-orange fruitiness and perfumy, lemony coriander. Moderate bready maltiness with light notes of honey and grainy wheat. Very low spicy-herbal hop aroma and subtle yeast esters.

Taste. Initial impression is bready and grainy with a pleasant wheat character. Moderate zesty, orange-citrusy fruitiness follows, balanced by subtle herbal-spicy coriander. Hop bitterness is low to medium-low, supporting the fruit and spice without overshadowing them. Refreshingly crisp with a dry, clean finish and no harsh aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a notable smoothness and light creaminess. High carbonation provides a lively, effervescent character. Very refreshing with no alcohol warmth or astringency.
