This American Stout presents a deep sensory experience anchored by its intense black hue and espresso-like foam. The aroma leads with a robust toasted malt profile, dominated by coffee and rich cacao notes, supported by subtle fruity esters and minimal hop presence. On the palate, a moderate roast delivers bittersweet chocolate flavors alongside a faint tang from Black malt. A firm hop bitterness provides structure, yet the beer remains surprisingly smooth, finishing with a lingering cacao character. Despite its 6.5% ABV and assertive bitterness, the medium-bodied, creamy texture ensures a balanced and approachable dark ale experience.

Appearance. Jet black (30-40 SRM) with deep ruby highlights when held to light. Features a thick, long-lasting, light brown head reminiscent of espresso crema; opaque clarity.

Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring prominent toasted malt, dark chocolate, and roasted coffee. Low fruity esters are present, while hop aroma remains very low to absent, allowing the roast to lead.
