Appearance. Brilliant clarity with a very pale straw to pale yellow color (SRM 2). Topped by a white, frothy head that has low persistence, typical of the style.
Aroma. Low to moderate intensity featuring clear lemon zest and citrus notes. Underlying malt character is sweet and grainy with a detectable corn-like presence. Fermentation is clean with very light fruity hop esters.
Taste. Initial impression is very crisp and relatively neutral. Low flavors of fresh bread and sweet corn define the malt profile. Hop flavor is low but provides a clear citrus zest and general fruitiness. Bitterness is low and well-balanced, leading into a very dry, clean, and refreshing finish with low lingering astringency.
Mouthfeel. Very light body, nearly watery, with high carbonation that produces a prickly carbonic bite. Highly refreshing with no alcohol warmth and a very thin mouthfeel.
