This collaboration American IPA presents a bold, hop-forward profile that balances bright fruit with deep resinous depth. The sensory experience opens with an intense aromatic display of candied orange and sharp grapefruit, underpinned by a distinct hop resin note. While the 7% ABV provides structure, the palate reveals a lush layer of stone fruit, specifically ripe peaches, alongside citrus zest. Despite an initially round body, the beer transitions into a remarkably dry finish. Persistent bitterness and lingering notes of piney resin ensure a classic, crisp profile that remains refreshing while delivering high-intensity hop character typical of the style.
Appearance. Medium gold to light reddish-amber (6–10 SRM). Clear with a medium-sized, persistent white head that leaves moderate lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent candied orange, grapefruit, and pungent hop resin. A low, clean, grainy maltiness supports the hops without competing. Fermentation is clean with no significant esters.
Taste. High hop flavor echoing the aroma with grapefruit, citrus zest, and sweet peach stone fruit. Medium-low clean, grainy malt is present but secondary to a medium-high bitterness. The balance is firmly hop-forward, leading to a very dry finish with a lingering, resinous aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-bodied with an initially round texture that gives way to a dry, crisp finish. Moderate to medium-high carbonation. Contains a light, smooth alcohol warmth without being harsh.
