Appearance. Straw to light orange (4–6 SRM). Opaque, uniform haze providing a vibrant shine. Thick, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and dense lacing.
Aroma. High intensity. Dominated by tropical fruits (pineapple, passion fruit) and stone fruits. Specific notes of Nelson Sauvin provide a vinous white-grape and lychee character. Low bready malt in the background with no toast or caramel. Fruity esters harmonize with hop-derived berry notes.
Taste. High fruity hop flavor featuring peaches, apricots, and litchi. Transition from tropical Simcoe notes to a vinous, redcurrant finish from Nelson Sauvin.
