American IPA 7 º
Route 132 is a vibrant American IPA that showcases a sophisticated hop profile. The aromatic lead is defined by Oceanian influences from Nelson Sauvin and Enigma, offering distinct notes of crushed white wine grapes and red berries, underpinned by the citrusy punch of Citra and a classic resinous backbone from Chinook. While the body begins with a rounded texture, the palate quickly shifts toward ripe exotic fruits and sharp redcurrant. A lean malt base allows the persistent, firm bitterness to command the finish, which remains clean and refreshingly dry, perfectly highlighting the complex interplay of tropical and vinous hop characters.
Appearance. Deep gold to light amber in color with a slight, modern haze. Features a medium-sized, off-white head with good persistence and delicate lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent white wine, gooseberry, and tropical fruit. Underlying layers of grapefruit citrus and pine resin are complemented by subtle hints of raspberry and redcurrant, supported by a low, clean, grainy maltiness.
Taste. Initial hop flavors of passion fruit and mango lead into complex notes of white wine and red berries. A supportive, low grainy malt presence is quickly overtaken by a medium-high to high bitterness. The finish is dry and lingering, with a clean aftertaste of hop resin and tart fruit.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with an initially smooth, round texture that transitions to a crisp, dry finish. Moderate to high carbonation provides a lively mouthfeel with a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth.

Au nez les houblons océaniens dominent, accompagnés d'un peu de résine de houblon.
Le corps de la bière est initialement assez rond. Au goût, on retrouve une faible touche de malt, puis des notes de vin blanc, de fruits exotiques très mures et finalement un peu de groseille et de framboises.
La bière finit plutôt sèche, avec une amertume présente et persistante.
