This Hazy IPA presents an intense sensory profile defined by a significant wheat addition, resulting in a remarkably round and luscious palate. The aroma is dominated by a tropical and citrus punch, delivering vivid notes of passion fruit and grapefruit accompanied by delicate lychee and melon. A bright lemon zest character sharpens the olfactory experience. On the tongue, the fruit intensity remains high, supported by a neutral, bready malt backbone. The finish is gracefully balanced with a slight, clean bitterness that gives way to a lingering fruity aftertaste, expertly integrating its 7% ABV.

Appearance. Pale gold with an orange hue (approx 5 SRM). Opaque, uniform haze provides a soft shine. Pours with a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head exhibiting high retention and leaving persistent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring a complex blend of tropical fruit (passion fruit, lychee) and stone fruit (melon). Strong citrus character follows with grapefruit and fresh lemon zest. The malt is subtle, providing a clean, grainy, and bready background from the wheat, with no caramel or toast notes.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirrors the aroma, leading with intense passion fruit and tart grapefruit. Nuanced layers of lychee and sweet melon emerge mid-palate, followed by a refreshing lemon zest. Malt flavor is low to medium, emphasizing a soft, bready wheat quality. Perceived bitterness is low-to-moderate, well-balanced against a medium-full body. The finish is off-dry and intensely fruity.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, soft, and velvety texture attributed to the heavy wheat grist. Carbonation is moderate. No harshness or astringency is present. A very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is noticeable.
