Appearance. Light orange-copper color (SRM 10). Moderate-sized, persistent off-white head with good lacing. Good clarity with only a very slight, acceptable haze.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent stone fruit notes of apricot and peach, underpinned by heavy hop resin and light floral esters. A supportive, low-intensity maltiness provides a hint of soft caramel in the background. Clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of stone fruit and resinous hop flavors. Moderately high to high hop bitterness that is firm but not harsh. A low, soft malt character introduces light caramel sweetness before being overtaken by the hops. The finish is dry to medium-dry with a lingering hoppy and fruity aftertaste. Low, clean alcohol flavor is present.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with an initially round, smooth texture. Medium-high carbonation. No harsh hop-derived astringency. A restrained, smooth alcohol warmth is noticeable but well-integrated.
