Citadin is a quintessential Czech Premium Pale Lager that captures the soul of Bohemian brewing traditions. It presents a deep golden hue topped with a persistent, creamy white foam. The sensory journey begins with an inviting aroma of rich, bready malt and the distinctive spicy, herbal perfume of Saaz hops. On the palate, a complex malt core provides a sturdy foundation for a firm yet remarkably soft bitterness. The mouthfeel is medium-bodied and smooth, reflecting the soft water profile characteristic of the style. It concludes with a long, balanced finish where the herbal hop character and bready malt linger in perfect harmony.
Appearance. Deep gold (5-6 SRM); brilliant clarity; dense, creamy, long-lasting white head with excellent lacing.

Taste. Initial rich, bready maltiness; moderate to high spicy hop flavor; firm but soft and rounded bitterness; clean finish with a lingering balance of herbal hops and toasted bread.
