Rezzonico is a contemporary take on the German Pils, presenting a vibrant interplay between traditional precision and modern hop-forwardness. The experience begins with a bouquet of floral and spicy hop notes, underpinned by a lean, cracker-like malt base. Its pale gold body leads to a palate defined by a firm, clean bitterness that quickly cleanses the tongue. The modern influence suggests a slightly heightened aromatic intensity without sacrificing the style's signature crispness. Finely attenuated and transitions into a refreshing, dry finish characterized by a lingering herbal snap and a faint, pleasant minerality from the water profile. It is a clean, refreshing collaboration.
Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (2-3 SRM). Brilliant clarity. Pours with a dense, creamy, long-lasting white head that leaves delicate lacing.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity hop character with floral, herbal, and spicy notes. Supporting malt aroma is low to medium, reminiscent of fresh white bread and water crackers. Clean fermentation profile with no esters.
Taste. Initial grainy-sweet malt flavor is quickly overtaken by an assertive hop bitterness. Hop flavors mirror the aroma with spicy and herbal qualities. Decidedly bitter balance with a very dry, crisp finish. A lingering bitterness and flinty minerality persist into the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a snappy texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a lively prickle. No alcohol warmth. Smooth without harshness, though a light mineral sharpness is present.

Dal colore dorato, naso e palato sono fedeli tra loro; percepiamo inizialmente sentori di cereale e spezie che lasciano spazio pian piano a note erbacee, floreali e fruttate conferite dalla luppolatura in dry hopping. Da bere letteralmente a litri!
