This Italian Pils is a vibrant, modern interpretation of the German Pils style, elevated by a sophisticated dry-hop treatment. It presents a brilliant, deep straw appearance topped with a dense, creamy white head. The sensory experience is dominated by the expressive Diamant hops, which deliver a complex layer of flowery, herbal, and spicy aromatics over a clean, cracker-like malt base. The palate follows suit, offering a lean, grainy-sweet malt foundation that is quickly superseded by a firm, lingering bitterness. The use of Diamant hops provides a refined hop flavor that persists through the bone-dry, crisp finish, ensuring a refreshing and highly drinkable lager character.

Appearance. Deep straw to light yellow (2-4 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a tall, long-lasting, creamy white head that leaves significant lacing.

Aroma. Moderately high hop aroma, featuring floral, herbal, and spicy notes from the Diamant dry-hop. Low grainy-sweet, doughy, and cracker-like malt character. Very clean fermentation profile with no esters or diacetyl.

Taste. Initial light cracker and doughy malt flavors are quickly eclipsed by a medium-high hop bitterness. Hop flavors are prominent, reflecting the floral and spicy qualities of the Diamant variety. The balance is decidedly bitter, leading into a very dry, crisp, and clean finish with a lingering hoppy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with moderate-high carbonation that provides a crisp, refreshing snap. No alcohol warmth. Smooth, without any harshness or astringency, though it possesses a light minerally sharpness.
