This Imperial Stout presents an opulent sensory experience, merging a massive roasted malt backbone with indulgent layers of caramel and vanilla. The aroma is dominated by dark chocolate, espresso, and aromatic bean-like sweetness, underpinned by a hint of dark fruit esters like raisins. On the palate, the high-gravity viscosity delivers a chewy, decadent texture where the sweetness of the caramel is masterfully sharpened by a subtle mineral edge from Himalayan salt. Appearance. Jet black and completely opaque (40+ SRM). Pours with a dense, persistent, deep tan head. High viscosity is evident in thick legs clinging to the glass.

The addition of vanilla provides a rich, creamy top note, while caramel additions contribute a toffee-like sweetness.
