Incarnation IPA is a vibrant expression of the American IPA style, centered on the singular, expressive character of Mosaic hops. It pours a glowing amber, presenting an enticing aromatic bouquet of fresh passion fruit, ripe pineapple, and zesty candied citrus. The foundation of pale and caramel malts provides a delicate backbone of sweetness that supports the bold tropical hop profile without overshadowing it. This medium-bodied ale balances its firm bitterness with a smooth, resinous finish, offering a modern take on the style that emphasizes fruit-forward complexity and a clean, refreshing malt structure perfect for pairing with savory dishes.

Appearance. Glowing amber color (approximately 10 SRM). Pours with a firm, persistent off-white head and excellent lacing. Clarity is brilliant.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent tropical notes of passion fruit, pineapple, and candied citrus. A low, clean maltiness with light caramel and grainy sweetness provides a supportive background. Fermentation profile is clean with no significant esters.

Taste. Initial hop-forward impression of tropical fruit, specifically pineapple and passion fruit, followed by a light, bready malt sweetness from pale and caramel malts. Bitterness is medium-high, providing a firm counterpoint to the fruit notes. The finish is medium-dry and clean, with a lingering hoppy aftertaste.
