Aroma. High intensity. Dominated by Nelson Sauvin hop characteristics of Sauvignon Blanc grapes, tropical lychee, and tangy lemon peel. A low, clean, bready malt scent sits in the background. Fermentation esters are present but supportive of the intense fruit profile.
