Cast Iron Oatmeal Brown is a robust American Brown Ale that leans into its grist for a deeply satisfying sensory experience. Obnoxious amounts of chocolate malt and roasted barley deliver intense aromas of dark chocolate and freshly roasted coffee, while a generous layer of caramel malt provides a foundational sweetness. The addition of flaked oats transforms the texture into a remarkably round and creamy experience. Columbus and Styrian Bobek hops offer a firm, balancing bitterness with subtle earthy and resinous notes.
