Mayhem Maker is a powerful Double IPA that showcases an explosive sensory profile driven by Citra and Nelson hops. Aromatics are saturated with pungent notes of crushed white grapes, gooseberries, and vibrant passion fruit from the Nelson, while the Citra T90 and Lupomax additions contribute layers of zesty lime and ripe mango. Despite its high strength, the malt backbone remains supportive and clean, allowing the hop intensity to dominate. The palate follows with a lush, tropical fruit medley and a firm, persistent bitterness that balances the soft, creamy texture inherent to its New England-style inspiration, finishing with a smooth, warming alcohol presence.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (8-10 SRM) with a heavy, opaque haze. Features a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head with excellent lacing.
