This Specialty Fruit Beer features an intense interplay of sharp Passion Fruit and sun-ripened Pineapple, softened by the velvety sweetness of Guava. The addition of Cream of Coconut provides a rich, fatty mouthfeel that rounds out the acidic fruit profile, creating a decadent, nectar-like consistency. At 9.6% ABV, the alcohol is expertly integrated, offering a gentle warmth that supports the dense fruit sugars without overpowering the vibrant tropical aromatics. Appearance. Opaque and viscous, resembling a dense fruit purée. Color is a vibrant, saturated golden-orange. Head formation is minimal and dissipates rapidly, typical of high-adjunct smoothie styles, leaving thick fruit sediment on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity tropical fruit bouquet. Dominant notes of sharp, tangy passion fruit and sweet, floral guava are immediate.
