This Australian Pilsner offers a vibrant New World interpretation of the classic German Pils style. Brewed with local Australian malt and hops, it presents a brilliant gold hue beneath a frothy white head. The aroma is led by distinct sweet hop notes and a subtle spice, supported by a grainy, cracker-like malt backbone. While it draws on the crisp, dry, and bitter traditions of its North German ancestors, the use of Bavarian lager yeast introduces delicate esters that soften the sharp edges. It finishes exceptionally clean and thirst-quenching with a lingering, firm bitterness typical of the style.

Appearance. Straw to deep yellow (3 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a creamy, long-lasting white head that leaves persistent lacing.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. Forward hop character featuring sweet, tropical New World nuances and a subtle spice from Australian hops. Low grainy-sweet, cracker-like malt profile. Clean fermentation with very light, yeast-derived fruity esters.
